Jeremy Woodall is a former Royal Marine Commando, who now delivers mental strength, mindfulness and emotional development programs to individuals and groups. Counselor and Hypnotherapist, Jeremy has been a therapeutic coach for over twenty years. From the hostile environments of Afghanistan and Iraq to the stressful demands of corporate life, Jeremy has helped clients perform in high-pressure environments. He believes we all have the ability to enjoy life, even in the most challenging circumstances.
